3 Tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
⅓ Cup Dell Cove mushroom popcorn kernels
¼ Teaspoon salt
½ Cup granulated sugar
¼ Cup light corn syrup
1 Tablespoon water
1 Tablespoon butter
Pinch of salt
4 Tablespoons lemon or lime flavored gelatin powder (such as Jell-O)
½ Teaspoon baking soda
1 Cup sour gummy candy (such as Sour Patch)
