Extra Large Mushroom Popcorn Kernels | Round Popcorn
Dell Cove® Extra Large Mushroom Popcorn Kernels are our biggest-popping popcorn variety, producing large, round pieces with a firm bite and satisfying crunch. Sometimes called round popcorn, mushroom popcorn is especially good for caramel corn, candy popcorn and other coated recipes because its sturdy shape holds up beautifully under heavier coatings.
Despite the name, mushroom popcorn does not taste like mushrooms. “Mushroom” describes the round shape of the popped popcorn, which resembles a mushroom cap. These extra-large kernels need high heat to develop their characteristic big, round shape.
