Cancellation policy
SUBSCRIPTION & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription - such as the Popcorn of the Month Club. There are also times when someone may have made a subscription-type of purchase and would then like to cancel their order.
This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
The Popcorn of the Month Club is a pre-paid subscription. When you purchase this subscription, the person who is listed on the invoice as the recipient will receive repeat deliveries. The number of these deliveries are based on the subscription duration that you selected at the time of purchase.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation email will have your order number.
Please contact hello@dellcovespices.com and let us know how you would like to alter your order.
If you would like to cancel the club, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining amount of the subscription still outstanding. Please see our Returns Policy for more details on returns and refunds.
ALL OTHER ORDERS
All non-custom orders may be cancelled and refunded in full prior to the order being shipped. Please contact hello@dellcovespices.com to let us know you would like to cancel the order. We will need the following information:
- Your order number
- Recipient name
- Recipient mailing address
Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation.
