Buffalo Popcorn (with Crispy Wings & Blue Cheese) – Game Day Snack Board
Spicy, tangy, and made for game day! This buffalo popcorn recipe pairs oven-baked wings with a bowl of Dell Cove® Buffalo Wings Popcorn — tossed in our signature seasoning for that perfect kick. Serve with blue cheese dip and celery for the ultimate snack board.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with foil and place a wire rack on top. Pat wings dry.
In a bowl, mix baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Toss wings with canola oil, then with the spice mixture.
Step 2: Bake the Wings
Arrange wings on the rack. Bake 30 minutes; flip and bake 20–30 minutes more until crisp and golden.
Step 3: Make the sauce
While the chicken wings are baking, in a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter with hot sauce (and honey, if using).
After the wings are done, toss the chicken wings in sauce until evenly coated.
Step 4: Make the dip
Stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice and salt. Fold in blue cheese crumbles, and then scoop dip into a small bowl.
Step 5: Pop the popcorn

Step 6: Season the popcorn
Add warm popcorn to a bowl, and drizzle either sauce or melted butter over popped popcorn. Sprinkle with Dell Cove® Buffalo Wings Popcorn Seasoning to taste. Toss to coat.
