Tuscan Herb & Garlic Seasoning
Dell Cove® Tuscan Herb & Garlic Seasoning is one of our most versatile spice blends that we make. This Italian-style seasoning marries the sweet flavor of oregano with the zing of garlic and peppers. Add a savory crust when grilling pork tenderloins and chops, or sprinkle into your favorite tomato sauce and pasta recipes for extra flavor.
It's our go-to for roasted chicken, and makes a great marinade for fish or as a dry rub for steaks or lamb. And when we're dreaming of relaxing at a little cafe in Florence, we'll bake some bread and stir a spoonful into olive oil, to enjoy as a bread dip.
INGREDIENTS: organic garlic, sea salt, organic rosemary, peppers, organic oregano, organic spices.
Glass jars: 1.75 inches x 4 inches. Come with sifter cap.
Resealable bulk bags: 8 oz and 1 pound options come in a resealable stand-up bag that's easy to open and close. Both come with directions for how to pop popcorn on the stove top.
How To Use: For a dry rub: Use 1 Tbsp per pound of meat, or 1/2 Tbsp per pound of vegetables. For a wet rub: Use 1 to 2 Tbsp of seasoning with a bit of neutral tasting oil or other liquid, and mix together to create a thick paste. To make into a sauce or dip: Use 1 Tbsp for every 1/2 cup of liquid. Get more recipe ideas here.
SHELF LIFE: We recommend you use our seasonings within 18 months after your purchase. While the spices are safe to consume after that, the flavors may fade over time.
STORAGE: Please keep stored in a cool, dark and dry location.
