Whether you're hosting a Halloween party, or want to add drama to your usual cocktail garnish, try Dell Cove Spice Co.'s Ruby Red and Midnight Black cocktail rimming sugars. These make a delicious accent and bring some fun to your vampire-themed bar!

You will receive one tin of each color.

Each 2.5 oz tin - will rim 50 standard martini glasses or champagne flutes, depending on the size of the glass and thickness of the rim. Serving size: 1/4 teaspoon per glass. If you use a thicker sugar rim, the number of glasses each tin will garnish will be less.

Altogether, there should be enough sugar to garnish about 100 glasses if you use the suggest serving size.

HOW TO: Item comes with easy to follow directions of how to rim a glass and one of our favorite cocktail recipes. All you need is a plate; a bowl; and something to moisten the rim of your glass. (We recommend using simple syrup. Do not use water only - it will dissolve your sugar.) For step-by-step directions with photos, see our tutorial here.

TIN SIZE: About 3" x 1". The tins are big enough to dip a champagne flute into, but smaller than a standard martini glass. This is not a martini rimming container. Why? Because with products sold in a martini rimming tin, you end up wasting half of it when the sugar gets gloppy. (And you won't want to waste any of this deliciousness!)

SHELF LIFE: Two years from purchase.

INGREDIENTS: Organic sugar, vegetable-based food coloring, artificial food coloring, confectioner's glaze.

STORAGE: Please keep stored in a cool, dark and dry location - think kitchen cabinet away from heat, not a refrigerator.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Midnight Black rim sugar is HIGHLY color saturated, in order to get the vibrant tone and bright sparkle. Because of this, if you use more than the suggested serving size of 1/4 teaspoon per martini glass, there may be some temporary coloring of your mouth. It will be easy to get rid of, either by eating food and/or brushing your teeth.
