Memphis BBQ Rib Rub

This family favorite rub recipe is just the right amount of smoky, sweet and heat, thanks to cayenne pepper, garlic and smoked paprika. Rub on pork ribs and slow-roasted chicken. INGREDIENTS: smoked paprika, organic brown sugar, celery salt (sea salt, celery seed), coarse sea salt, mustard seeds, black peppercorns, organic garlic, organic cumin, cayenne pepper, organic onion.

How To Use: For a dry rub: Use 1 Tbsp per pound of meat, or 1/2 Tbsp per pound of vegetables. For a wet rub: Use 1 to 2 Tbsp of seasoning with a bit of neutral tasting oil or other liquid, and mix together to create a thick paste.
