Our Louisiana Blackened Cajun seasoning adds heat and flavor to your redfish, ribs and BBQ grilled steak. At home, we use it to make wonderful Cajun fries. This spicy rub works great for backyard grilled, or even sprinkled over eggs for a taste of Southern cooking.
BBQ tip: We prefer to massage this seasoning into the meat up to 24 hours before we start cooking. Then, cover the meat, pop it in the refrigerate it until you're ready to light the grill or turn on the stove. If you're wanting a more intense flavor, apply a second coating with a splash of olive oil.
Each packet holds 1.5 oz of our seasoning, and includes a suggested recipe.
