Blood Orange Extract with Blood Orange oil
1Dell Cove® Pure Blood Orange Extract is a twist on the classic orange extract, giving you a bolder, tangy flavor.
It adds a wonderful citrus flavor to add to jams, pies, cookies, scones, berry pies and all sorts of cakes (especially chocolate cake). The flavor is a little reminiscent of Grand Marnier, just a bit more refreshing.
We like to use this when wanting to add a pop of orange flavor to sauces, without the alcohol. Terrific for baking, but also for making flavored water, flavored cocktails (margaritas and Manhattans) and more. LIMITED SUPPLIES - when we're sold out, we're sold out for good.

Flavor tip: Blood oranges have a distinctive flavor compared to other sweet oranges like navel oranges (which is why we love them). Typically, blood orange is less acidic in taste than other oranges, and has subtle berry notes.
