Coral cocktail rim sugar
We created our Coral colored cocktail rim sugar when some friends asked if we could make a batch of apple-infused bellinis with the wine they brought back from Napa. The rim sugar? It added the perfect sparkling touch - a true coral pink, with just a hint of red and orange undertone. We loved the sparkle this added to the usual drink garnish.
The result: A relaxed brunch filled with stories about wine country (and a long, lazy nap in the sun after everyone left).
INGREDIENTS: Organic sugar, vegetable-based food coloring, artificial food coloring, confectioner's glaze.
Tin Size: 3 inches x 1 inch. Not a martini rimmer tin.
Serving size per glass: 1/4 teaspoon.
