Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Pepper and lemon are a classic pair. Our twist blends fresh cracked Tellicherry pepper and Himalayan sea salt with organic lemon, lime and orange citrus zests. The result: A bright mix that adds the right amount of savory heat to fish and poultry.
Also known as Pepper Lemon seasoning, most cooks tend to pair lemon pepper with fish, seafood or chicken breasts. But have you considered using it on grilled asparagus? The citrus oils bring a sharpness to the smoky veggies. One of our favorite uses of this spice blend is to make Lemon Pepper Wet wings during football season - inspired after we chowed down on these treats during a trip to Atlanta, Georgia. (So good!)
