Hot Chicken & Wings Seasoning
Emphasis on HOT, our Hot Chicken and Wings Seasoning mixes organic garlic, cayenne and dark ancho chilies with the yummy tang of vinegar and creaminess of Parmesan. Punch up the heat of a plate of Nashville hot chicken or spicy chicken wings for a tailgate party! This also makes a wonderful rub for burgers and adds a tasty zip to roasted vegetables.
INGREDIENTS: Dark chili powder, Parmesan cheese (milk, salt, cultures and enzymes, disodium phosphate), organic garlic, organic spices, cayenne pepper, dark cocoa, sea salt, cinnamon, organic vinegar powder. CONTAINS: MILK.

How To Use: For a dry rub: Use 1 Tbsp per pound of meat, or 1/2 Tbsp per pound of vegetables. For a wet rub: Use 1 to 2 Tbsp of seasoning with a bit of neutral tasting oil or other liquid, and mix together to create a thick paste.
